What is ZipToken

ZipToken is a prediction market platform focused on real estate. You can trade on whether home prices in specific zip codes will go up, down, or land within a certain range. If you're right, you earn money. If you're wrong, you lose your stake.

Markets are based on real data from Zillow's Home Value Index (ZHVI), rental yields, foreclosure rates, and other publicly available metrics. Every market resolves to verifiable, on-chain outcomes.

Why Real Estate Prediction Markets

Real estate is the world's largest asset class, but it's historically been illiquid and hard to hedge. ZipToken brings price discovery to the zip-code level, letting homeowners hedge exposure, investors speculate on neighborhoods, and institutions manage portfolio risk.

Connecting Your Wallet

  1. 1Click "Connect Wallet" in the top right corner.
  2. 2Select your preferred wallet provider (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet).
  3. 3Approve the connection request in your wallet.
  4. 4Your wallet address will appear in the header when connected.

Depositing Funds

You need USDC to trade on ZipToken. Two ways to fund your account:

USDC Transfer

Send USDC directly from your wallet. No fees.

Card Deposit

Pay with credit or debit card via Stripe. 3% processing fee.
